Joe has been in the real estate development and construction business for over 40 years. Prior to co-founding West Development, he spent 23 years building high-end luxury homes and specialty commercial spaces throughout New England, based out of Madison, CT. He is licensed in CT, MA, RI, NY, and CO, and is highly respected within the industry with an impeccable reputation built on decades of work with executives and business owners.

Earlier in his career, Joe served as VP of Development and Construction for National Fairways, VP of Construction for Carlysle Communities, and held numerous positions at Trafalgar House Residential, where he began his career. He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Bucknell University.

Dan brings 25 years of experience across virtually every sector of the building industry. He spent a decade leading his own contracting firm in Telluride, CO before co-founding West Development. His career has spanned commercial and high-end residential projects in Minnesota, Missouri, California, and Australia. He began in construction with Sullivan Renovation in Minneapolis, where he focused on luxury residential renovations from 2000 to 2008. Notable larger-scale work includes a 300-unit multifamily complex in Kansas City and The Vipassana Meditation Center in Joshua Tree, CA (https://vaddhana.dhamma.org) — a project to which Dan donated a full year of his time, living on-site at the meditation center for the duration of the build. The experience reflects the discipline and commitment he brings to every project.
